Taking Precautions against Coronavirus

Oregon Web Press’s team is committed to the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and community. We plan to stay on course and follow the guidelines and mandates, locally and nationally, provided by the Governor, President, and CDC.

Currently, we do not see any issues with our operations or supply chain and are trying to be as proactive as possible. As the situation changes, we will adjust plans to avoid any production or service interruptions. Several weeks ago we began preparing for Coronavirus; here is what we’re doing:

  • We had a company meeting to help educate employees on what Coronavirus is, how it is transmitted, and how to avoid it through personal hygiene.
  • We have installed hand sanitizers around the plant.
  • We disinfect high-touch surfaces at each shift change.
  • We have posted signs around the plant, reminding people to wash hands and maintain distances.
  • We are limiting access to our production areas for our staff or on an as-needed basis.
  • We have asked employees to get plenty of sleep, eat well, and take care of themselves.
  • We have asked employees to stay home if they are not feeling well or have symptoms.

Oregon Web Press is trying to be as agile as possible. While we cannot guarantee what the future will hold, we are working hard to minimize any disruptions in our service. We continue to be very focused on meeting your expectations and maintaining our high-level of dependability to our customers.

If you need to do a press check or have other needs to be on our production floor, please contact our customer service department to prearrange your visit.
